Match On Action is making the scene make more sense as it also gives it a smoother look then jump cutting does. It consists of the same action happening but in a different angle creating a story and giving a scene a more prodessional look. Jump cutting just confuses and irritates the audience by jumping locations without an explanation sort of like skipping the story, it would work for a music video but in a film it wouldn't espesially a thriller film because you want the story to make sence so all of the enigma codes get solved in a way you could follow the story.
